Welcome to ZEKRA.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZEKRA mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using ZEKRA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
ZEKRA is a digital memorial platform designed to help people preserve and honor the memories of deceased loved ones and beloved pets.
The Service may allow users to create memorials, add photos and stories, preserve private moments, express appreciation, offer kind prayers or messages, and use other remembrance-related features.
Some features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a ZEKRA account.
By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create a risk to users, ZEKRA, or the Service.
Users may submit content including names, photographs, dates, biographies, stories, memorial information, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of content that you submit.
By publishing User Content through public areas of ZEKRA, you grant ZEKRA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and technically adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to ZEKRA.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and publish the content you submit.
Public memorials may be reviewed before publication.
ZEKRA may approve, reject, hide, restrict, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with applicable law, address reports, or maintain the integrity of the Service.
Approval of a memorial does not mean that ZEKRA guarantees the accuracy, authenticity, ownership, or legality of the information submitted by a user.
You may not use ZEKRA to publish, promote, or distribute content that:
We may remove content or restrict accounts when violations are identified.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account suspension.
Users may report memorials, profiles, or content that they believe violates these Terms.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed. ZEKRA may review the circumstances and determine the appropriate action.
Abuse of the reporting system, including knowingly false or malicious reports, may itself result in restrictions.
ZEKRA may provide features that allow memorial owners to save private moments or personal memories that are not intended to be visible to other users.
We take reasonable technical measures to limit access to private content according to the intended functionality of the Service.
However, users remain responsible for deciding what information they choose to store online and should not use ZEKRA as the sole permanent backup of irreplaceable material.
Before uploading photographs or personal information relating to another person, you should ensure that you have an appropriate right or legitimate basis to do so.
You must respect the privacy, intellectual property, dignity, and other legal rights of living persons and the families or rights holders associated with memorial content.
Certain ZEKRA interactions may allow users to express appreciation, send kind prayers or messages, save memorials, or interact with remembrance features.
These interactions are intended to support respectful remembrance.
Users must not manipulate, automate, abuse, or artificially generate interactions in a manner that harms the integrity of the Service.
ZEKRA may offer features that temporarily highlight or illuminate memorials.
The availability, duration, presentation, or conditions of these features may change over time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing, activating, or viewing a promotional feature does not guarantee any particular number of views, interactions, or audience reach.
ZEKRA may display advertisements or use third-party services necessary to operate certain features.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
ZEKRA is not responsible for third-party websites, services, products, or content that are outside our control.
ZEKRA may allow users to sign in using their Google account.
Google Sign-In is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
Use of Google Sign-In does not give ZEKRA access to your Google password.
Your use of ZEKRA is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
Except for User Content, the ZEKRA name, branding, logo, interface, design, software, graphics, and other materials created for the Service are owned by or licensed to ZEKRA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit these materials except where permitted by law or with prior written permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary because of:

We aim to keep ZEKRA available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features and technical requirements may change as the Service develops.
Although ZEKRA is designed to preserve memories, no online service can guarantee permanent or indefinite storage.
Users should retain independent copies of photographs, stories, and other important or irreplaceable content.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ZEKRA does not guarantee that information submitted by users is accurate, complete, authentic, or legally authorized.
ZEKRA is not a governmental archive, official historical registry, legal record, or professional counseling service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEKRA and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms when the Service, applicable laws, or our practices change.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means.
The updated Terms will include a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, except where mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws require otherwise.
