One Click (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ZEKRA mobile application (“ZEKRA,” the “App,” or the “Service”).

ZEKRA allows users to preserve memories of loved ones and pets, create public or private memorials, store private moments, interact with memorial content, and receive related notifications.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

By using ZEKRA, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Profile Information

When you sign in using Google and create a ZEKRA profile, we may collect:

• Your Google account identifier.
• Your name and email address.
• Your Google profile photo, where available.
• Your chosen display name.
• Your profile photo.
• Your biography.
• Your selected country.
• Your preferred application language.
• Your account status and profile-completion status.

We do not receive or store your Google account password.

1.2 Memorial Information

When you create or edit a memorial, we may collect:

• The memorial type, such as a loved one or a pet.
• The displayed name of the person or pet being remembered.
• The country associated with the memorial.
• Birth and death dates, where provided.
• A short memorial description.
• A longer memorial story, where provided.
• Photos or avatars selected for the memorial.
• Whether the memorial is public or private.
• The memorial’s review, publication, illumination, or deletion status.

Public memorials may be reviewed before publication to help enforce our content and safety rules.

1.3 Private Memories and Private Moments

ZEKRA may allow you to create private memorials and add Private Moments containing:

• Text.
• Dates.
• Countries.
• Photos you choose to upload.

Private memorials and Private Moments are not displayed to other ZEKRA users.

Authorized personnel may access this information only where reasonably necessary for technical support, security, legal compliance, investigation of abuse, or operation of the Service.

1.4 Interactions and Activity

We may collect information about your activity within ZEKRA, including:

• Appreciations or hearts added to memorials.
• Kind prayers or contributions made through memorial garden features.
• Memorial illumination activity.
• Reports submitted about memorials or users.
• Notification activity.
• Account and content management actions.
• Rewarded-ad sessions and reward-verification results.
• Dates and times associated with these activities.

Some interactions may be displayed without revealing the identity of the person who performed them, depending on the feature.

1.5 Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information required to operate and protect ZEKRA, including:

• Device or installation identifiers.
• Push-notification tokens.
• Device operating system and app version.
• Language and locale settings.
• Internet Protocol address.
• Request timestamps.
• Security, error, and diagnostic logs.
• Information needed to prevent duplicate requests, fraud, spam, or abuse.

ZEKRA does not use GPS to determine your precise location. Countries shown in profiles or memorials are selected manually by users.

We do not intentionally collect your contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location.

1.6 Advertising and Consent Information

ZEKRA uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and may use Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage privacy and advertising choices.

Depending on your region and choices, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

• Advertising identifiers.
• Device and browser information.
• Internet Protocol address.
• The name or identifier of the App.
• General location derived from an IP address.
• Advertisement impressions, clicks, and interactions.
• Your advertising and consent choices.

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, eligibility, settings, and consent choices.

ZEKRA does not request advertisements until the applicable consent system indicates that advertisements may be requested.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Authenticate your access to ZEKRA.
• Display and maintain your profile.
• Create, store, review, publish, and manage memorials.
• Keep private memorials and Private Moments accessible to their owner.
• Provide memorial interactions and related features.
• Send in-app and push notifications.
• Process reports and moderate user-generated content.
• Prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents.
• Diagnose errors and maintain application reliability.
• Provide customer support.
• Display advertisements and process rewarded-ad features.
• Enforce our Terms and Content Policy.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, ZEKRA, and third parties.

3. Public and Private Content

3.1 Public Memorials

If you choose to make a memorial public, its information may be visible to other ZEKRA users.

A published public memorial may also be accessible through a public sharing page or public link outside the App.

Public information may include:

• The memorial name.
• Photo or avatar.
• Country.
• Dates.
• Short description.
• Memorial story.
• Public interaction counts.
• The display name and profile information of the account that created it, where shown by the App.

Do not upload information, text, or images that you do not have the right to publish.

3.2 Private Memorials and Private Moments

Private memorials and Private Moments are intended to be visible only to the account owner.

They are not included in the public feed, public profiles, search results, or public sharing pages.

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and device.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we may process personal information based on:

• Performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to provide ZEKRA.
• Your consent, including where consent is required for personalized advertising or optional permissions.
• Legitimate interests, such as security, fraud prevention, service operation, moderation, and improvement.
• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Protection of users, our rights, and the rights of others.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the withdrawal.

5. How We Share Information

5.1 Service Providers

We may use trusted providers to support ZEKRA, including:

• Google Sign-In for authentication.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent management.
• Hosting, database, storage, security, and infrastructure providers.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.

5.2 Public Sharing at Your Direction

Information from public memorials may be shared with other users or made available through public sharing links because you chose to publish the memorial.

5.3 Safety, Moderation, and Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• Investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
• Enforce our Terms or Content Policy.
• Respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or government authorities.
• Protect users, One Click, ZEKRA, or third parties.
• Comply with applicable law.

5.4 Business Transfers

If ZEKRA or One Click is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate notice and legal protections.

5.5 No Sale for Monetary Consideration

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data in exchange for monetary consideration.

Advertising providers may process information for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.

6. Google Services and Advertising

ZEKRA uses services provided by Google.

Google may process information received from apps that use Google services to provide advertisements, measure advertisement performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide or improve its services.

Depending on your region, ZEKRA may display a Google privacy message that allows you to accept, reject, or manage certain advertising choices.

Where required, a “Privacy Choices” option may also appear in the App settings so that you can review or change your choices.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide ZEKRA.
• Maintain your account and content.
• Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
• Resolve disputes.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service.

Public and private memorial content is generally retained until you delete it, delete your account, or it is removed under our Terms or Content Policy.

Technical and security logs may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your ZEKRA account from within the App:

Settings → Delete Account

After you complete the confirmation process:

• Your account access is revoked.
• Your profile and content are removed from normal application access.
• Public memorials associated with the account are removed from public display.
• Private memorials and Private Moments are removed from your accessible account.
• Associated personal information and uploaded media are deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

We may retain limited technical records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, regulatory compliance, or enforcement of our policies.

Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and will not remain publicly visible.

Please include the email address associated with your ZEKRA account. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Request restriction of certain processing.
• Object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent.
• Request a portable copy of certain information.
• Submit a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.

Within ZEKRA, you may also:

• Edit your profile.
• Edit or delete your memorials.
• Choose whether a memorial is public or private.
• Manage supported notification preferences.
• Manage advertising privacy choices where available.
• Delete your account.

10. Children’s Privacy

ZEKRA is not directed to children under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required to independently consent to digital services in their country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the Service independently.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can review and remove it where required.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

These measures may include:

• Encrypted transmission using HTTPS.
• Access controls.
• Authentication protections.
• Limited administrative access.
• Security monitoring.
• Abuse-prevention measures.
• Controlled handling of uploaded media.

However, no internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

ZEKRA and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

ZEKRA may contain links to external websites, app stores, advertisements, or third-party services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy when ZEKRA’s features, legal obligations, or data practices change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
